The book is a collection of artworks, stories, and historical context of early California and Santa Barbara artists including etchings by Edward Borein, pen & ink drawings by Henry Chapman Ford, Fernand Lundgren and work by contemporary artists such as Ralph Waterhouse, Thomas Van Stein and Camille Dellar.
